Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

• Stop the weekly report: use the unsubscribe link in any report email. We keep only a record of your email address, so we don't send to it again.
• Delete your brand's data now: sign in and go to Your data, then Delete brand data. Or email [email protected] from the address on the account. We confirm the request first, then delete within 30 days. Export anything you want to keep before you ask, because there is no export window afterward.
• Close your account: you can export your data for 30 days after closing, and we finish deleting it within 90 days of closure.
• In both cases, we keep only what we must for tax, legal or security reasons.
• Disconnect your store:
  • Uninstalling the AiNDREA app from your store stops new reads at once.
  • We then delete the data we read from that store (products, prices, inventory and sales) within 30 days.
  • Your brand's calls, your answers and their grades stay in your Record while your account is open, with the store figures behind them removed.
  • To keep a full copy, export it from Your data before you uninstall.
• Anything else: email [email protected] and tell us what you want deleted. We reply within 30 days.
