Season Mon 18 Jan 2027

What to decide, and by when.

Season is the first screen after sign-in. Every deadline on it belongs to your own calendar, and every call on it carries its money, its reasons and its sources.

The Today view, with the calls due and the buy-lock countdown, opens Mon 18 Jan 2027. The full calendar follows.

What is on it

Your season, at a glance.

  • The season and its countdown, such as Fall / Winter 2027 with buy lock in eight days.
  • A timeline of your milestones, with fashion weeks and trade shows alongside. Later
  • Open-to-buy, which moves the moment a call is answered.
  • AiNDREA's track record, with every miss one click away.
  • The calls, sorted by deadline and then by money, each with two to four dated pieces of evidence.
  • Alerts, kept apart from calls. A supplier delay is a risk, not a decision.

Answering a call

In your own words.

Doing this, doing it with changes, not doing it, or not yet. Changes are captured as quantities, prices, SKUs or timing. "I read the data differently" is the most valuable answer AiNDREA gets.

Set up once

Your calendar, not ours.

Two seasons a year, four, or monthly drops. Milestone names are yours. Their meaning is fixed, which is how AiNDREA knows a lead time now lands after buy lock.

Deadlines

Every date is yours.

Season works backward from your milestones: concept lock, line review, buy lock, sampling and launch. When a supplier lead time slips past buy lock, you see it the same morning.

  • Your calendar: two seasons, four, or monthly drops.
  • Industry dates alongside: fashion weeks and trade shows, shown but never mixed with yours. Later
  • Countdowns that matter: only milestones with open decisions count down.

Money

Open-to-buy that moves with the calls.

Type your open-to-buy per season; every approved buying call moves it, so the last call of the meeting is made with the money that is actually left.

  • Margin on every call, from your landed cost and target margin.
  • Units and price captured when you answer with changes.
  • A running total for the season, by category.

FAQ

Questions we hear

Something missing? Ask us directly.

When will Season be available?

The Today view opens Mon 18 Jan 2027, with the calls due and the buy-lock countdown. The full calendar follows. Pulse calls appear on Season automatically.

Does it replace our line plan?

No. Season reads your line plan and calendar and shows the decisions that are due against them. Your plan stays where it is.

What is the difference between a call and an alert?

A call is a decision you need to make. An alert is a risk you should know about, such as a supplier delay. Season keeps them apart so decisions never get buried.

Can different people see different calls?

Yes. Calls are assigned by role, so a merchant sees buying calls and a creative lead sees briefs, while the founder sees everything.
